Learning Objectives

  • Participants will gain a general understanding of the body of evidence on mindfulness-based programs for mental health promotion and where the gaps are.

  • Participants will recognise general principles stemming from this body of evidence that they can use in their professional practice.

  • Participants will gain critical thinking and appraisal skills by learning to recognise good practice in clinical trials .
