Participants will be able to explain why face-gazing meditations produce unusual perceptual experiences and how these are documented in scientific studies.
Participants will be able to analyze how practitioners interpret and assign significance to such experiences within the context of 3HO and Yogi Bhajan’s teachings.
Develop critical thinking skills to analyse some of the ethical issues involved in the development and application of these ideas.
